Professional Profile

My name is Ana Rita Araújo and I am in the final year of my master's degree in Specialised Translation in Health and Life Sciences at the University of Aveiro.

I am currently seeking a challenging job in the translation field, in order to use the knowledge acquired throughout my academic course.

The nature of my degree has prepared me for this role, as it involved a great deal of independent research, initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills.

I also have one year of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical translation field, having worked for a year for a company specialised in this field, where I worked with the following language pairs: English-Portuguese/Portuguese-English/Spanish-Portuguese/Portuguese-Spanish.
